The third AMS Scientific Conference explores how cities can become more resilient, regenerative and just while ensuring economic stability. Over three days, we focus on Unexpected Connections, Closing Loops, and Breaking Boundaries.

Date: 14-16 April 2026 | Location: AMS Institute, Marineterrein Amsterdam.

We invite scientists, policymakers, students and professionals to submit abstracts (250-450 words) on topics such as mobility, energy transition, circularity, digitalization, urban food systems, and climate adaptation. Young scientists are especially encouraged to contribute and to run for AYSA (AMS Young Scientist Award) prize. Before applying, please read the AMS young scientist award regulations.

Deadlines:

  • Submission: September 1st- November 1st, 2025
  • Notification of acceptance: December 1st, 2025

Accepted submissions require registration and fee payment.
