Registration for the 52nd European Rotorcraft Forum is now open! All presenting authors require a registration for the full conference.
Registration fees include
Attendance to conference technical program, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for the Welcome Reception, 1 ticket for the gala dinner (subject to availability or unless explicitly excluded) and the technical tour (subject to availability).
Please note: only presenters can register as speaker, co-authors can't choose this option. If you register as a member, please provide proof of membership when filling out the registration form.
Registration fees
Cancellation policy
All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be applied in writing (erf2026@caos.nl)
When applied more than 30 days prior to the conference registration fees will be refunded in full, no penalty will be applied. (01/08/2026 )
For cancellation applied less than 30 days prior to the conference, cancellation fees will apply (80% of the registration fee).
For cancellation applied upon or after the start of the conference, no refund will be possible, and the delegate will be requested to pay the full registration fee. (01/09/2026)
Payment
Payment is possible using iDEAL, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay-payments from clients worldwide). Pease reach out to erf2026@caos.nl if you have any questions regarding payments, bank transfers or invoices.
