Registration for the 52nd European Rotorcraft Forum is now open! All presenting authors require a registration for the full conference.

Registration fees include

Attendance to conference technical program, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for the Welcome Reception, 1 ticket for the gala dinner (subject to availability or unless explicitly excluded) and the technical tour (subject to availability).

Please note: only presenters can register as speaker, co-authors can't choose this option. If you register as a member, please provide proof of membership when filling out the registration form.

Early Bird fees are available until June 30th.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations at the initiative of the delegate must be submitted in writing to erf2026@caos.nl.

For cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the conference (before 01/08/2026), the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative handling fee of €50 per cancellation plus 2.5% of the total registration fee. These amounts will be deducted from the refund.

For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the conference (from 01/08/2026 up to 31/08/2026), cancellation fees will apply equal to 80% of the registration fee. The remaining 20%, minus the administrative handling fee of €50 plus 2.5% of the total registration fee, will be refunded.

For cancellations received upon or after the start of the conference (from 01/09/2026), no refund will be granted and the delegate will be required to pay the full registration fee.

 

Payment

Payment is possible using iDEAL, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay-payments from clients worldwide). Visas

Delegates in need of a visa should apply directly to the Dutch Embassy or Consulate in their home countries. Please note that the organisers cannot assist with the application. Upon request, a Letter of Invitation can be supplied, provided that you have registered and paid for attendance to the conference.

After you have registered and paid the registration fee, please send a request by email to erf2026@caos.nl, stating your full name, institute details (name, city), email, date of birth, place of birth, passport number and expiration date of the passport. The Letter of Invitation will be emailed to you within 5 working days. Please note that this letter of invitation does not imply any financial responsibility for ERF 2026 and/or the organisers.

Please make sure to allow ample time for your visa application: apply at least 3 months in advance! In case your visa application is rejected, you can request a reimbursement of the registration fee until 14 days before the start of the congress. Proof of the rejection needs to be sent together with your request. The paid amount minus administration costs will be reimbursed, except if an incomplete visa application is the reason for rejection.
